Returns & Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. All returns must be in their original, unused condition/packaging and are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping fees and we will not be responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Refund will be issued after the products are received in our warehouse.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@mychao.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without requesting a return first will not be accepted.
